Top tips with Bait-Tech’s Stars!

With the year rapidly disappearing and a new one offering promise, we asked the Bait-Tech team what their favourite fish catching products were of 2011. What caught them lots of fish and why it stands out? Bait-Tech’s big hitters told us:

One

Lee Werrett: without a shadow of a doubt 2011 was the year of Kult Sweet Fishmeal! It has caught me carp in the summer months and recently lots of silvers in the cooler months. The confidence I have in this groundbait is unbelievable and the money it has won me this year is incredible. It’s so easy to mix and use and doesn’t need anything adding to it. On feeder or pole, my star of 2011 is Bait-Tech Kult sweet Fishmeal! I never use anything else!

Two

Dave Roberts: a difficult one this as there a are a few that stand out, Halibut Marine Pellets, Halibut Marine Method Mix and N-Tice Polony to name but a few. If pushed I think I would have to say my ultimate fish catchers, Bait-Tech’s Super Halibut Marine Pellets. Be it on the river for barbell or carp on commercials, shrimp-meal packed and oozing with flavour. The best hook and feed bait available, that’s why it’s my number 1 2011 bait! Brilliant!

Three

Ian Didcote: Bait-Tech Omen, no question! It’s very different from the standard bream mixes and this is why I think they love it so much! Garlic, herbs and spices with plenty of it makes for an amazing groundbait. If you fish for skimmers and bream and haven’t tried it, believe me you are missing out! It mixes beautifully and has a really pungent smell. 2011 was definitely bream o’clock with Bait-Tech Omen!

Four

Grant Albutt: Bait-Tech N-Tice Polony and N-Tice Meaty Mix have really stood out for me this year. I have caught some huge weights feeding the N-Tice groundbait down the edge and fishing N-Tice Polony over the top. The rich spices, garlic and meat-meals in this bait seem to make the fish want to eat it. Through the feeder it’s just as good, a brilliant combination! The Polony meat is tremendous and gets me bites when others won’t! If it catches me as much in 2012 as it did in 2011 I’ll be a very happy man!
